We’ve achieved a lot in diversity and inclusion, but here are some of the initiatives that we are most proud of:

  • Our partnership with WiBF (Women in Banking + Finance), including participating in the Mentoring for Success Program to build our female talent pipeline and future leaders.
  • Our partnership with Parents at Work, supporting our carers to effectively manage their work life, wellbeing and caring responsibilities.
  • Implementation of the Perpetual Women in Asset Management Scholarship, supporting the next generation of women in asset management and strengthening gender diversity across the investment industry.
