Rachelle is a Senior Financial Adviser in Perpetual’s Canberra office and has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, with over 15 years of this at Perpetual.

She provides holistic, tailored advice in retirement planning, superannuation, investments, asset allocation, portfolio construction, estate planning and charitable planning and philanthropy to assist clients in achieving their financial goals and objectives. As an Accredited Aged Care ProfessionalTM, Rachelle assists new and existing clients navigate the complex aged care system with empathy, understanding and clarity.  

Rachelle is passionate about building trust and long term relationships.  She is focussed on providing exceptional service for her clients and their families and particularly enjoys educating her clients and empowering them with the knowledge and resources to make better financial decisions that align with their values and achieve their goals. 

Having access to Perpetual’s broad range of services and experts allows Rachelle to connect clients to other parts of the Perpetual business including Philanthropic Services, Estates and Trusts, risk advice, tax, accounting and business services and the Not for Profit team.

Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Science, Diploma in Financial Markets, Master of Financial Planning and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).

Cameron is the Manager Of Perpetual's NSW Health and Personal Injury business. In this role, Cameron is responsible for the management of the NSW Health and Personal Injury team and is the escalation point for any complex client enquiries. 

Cameron was previously the Senior Manager of Perpetual's Legal team and brings years of experience in advising Trustees and Financial Managers on their roles and duties in all aspects of administration. 

A 'client first' attitude and pragmatic approach to decision making ensures Cameron delivers optimum outcomes for clients and families accessing the Health and Personal Injury service.

Drew is an experienced philanthropy and not-for-profit specialist.

Drew joined Perpetual in 2023 as the Senior Manager in the NSW-based Philanthropy and Not-Profit Services team.

Drew has an extensive background as a fundraiser across the arts sector. Most recently, Drew was Head of Development at Sydney Writers’ Festival, where he led a team that significantly grew revenue in philanthropy, corporate sponsorship and government streams. In previous roles, Drew worked in fundraising and finance roles at the Australian Museum, Carriageworks and the Australia Council for the Arts. Drew serves on the board of not-for-profit music organisation, Sydney Improvised Music Association. He has extensive experience in fundraising strategy, major donor stewardship, corporate sponsorship deal-making and mass-giving campaigns.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Dean’s Scholar) from University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from University of Sydney.

Jamie has over 20 years’ experience providing sophisticated investment advice to high net worth families and Not-For-Profit organisations.

With $1.5 billion in funds under management, Jamie’s team provides strategic advice to high net worth families, philanthropists and Not-For-Profits across medical research, cemeteries, schools, professional and sporting associations, indigenous land councils and other community organisations, to help maximise their investments to support the community.

Jamie takes a partnership approach with his clients to deliver tailored investment strategies to meet their specific investment objectives, taking into account ethical portfolio preferences and board governance requirements. He works closely with specialist teams within Perpetual, including investment strategy and governance, portfolio construction, investment research, philanthropy, estate planning and local and international tax and accounting.

Prior to joining Perpetual, Jamie spent seven years as a Senior Adviser at Westpac Private, where he was responsible for providing sophisticated advice to wholesale clients. He held a similar role prior to Westpac at NAB Private.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, is a Certified Financial Planner and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Daniel is an Associate Partner at Perpetual's Perth office and his role is to provide Financial Advice to clients and Manage the Perth Adviser team.

He started his career in financial services at Westpac Bank in 2008, within their business banking segment, before commencing as a Financial Adviser in 2010.

Daniel has now been with Perpetual for nearly a decade and provides Advice and guidance to high net worth clients and their families.

He provides tailored advice in investment management, retirement planning, superannuation, taxation, estate planning and strategic structures.

Daniel also has extensive and ongoing day to day experience providing investment advice and guidance to Not for Profit Organizations and First Nations Communities.
This involves understanding and tailoring portfolios and strategies so these organisations can best achieve their community missions.

He has achieved a Diploma and Advanced Dip of Financial Planning and is currently completing his Grad Diploma of Financial Planning.

Daniel has certificates in Self-Managed Super Funds, Margin Lending and Gearing and Certificate in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Daniel is a proud Father of two children. He loves this role the most and he feels it helps him be the best Adviser he can be to his clients.

Roxanne is an experienced and highly qualified wealth management professional having held various leadership and adviser roles within Private Banking and Private Client segments over the past 20 years.

As a Partner within Perpetual Private Clients Roxanne leads teams of Senior Financial Advisers and Associate Advisors across NSW and the ACT - providing exceptional service and holistic advice to retail and wholesale clients.

Roxanne also manages a select number of high net worth client relationships ensuring objectives are consistently met. Roxanne works with clients to bring clarity, direction and discipline to their financial and investment  affairs.

As a leader and financial adviser Roxanne is focussed on developing strong client relationships with a particular interest in Family Wealth taking into account investment strategies and market conditions. 

Roxanne has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics), Master of Financial Planning and a MBA. Roxanne is also a CFP member of the FPA and has completed all FASEA requirements.

Lachlan has been working in the native title investment industry for more than ten years and has developed extensive experience working with corporations and trusts across Australia. He feels privileged that through his work, he has been able to engage with Aboriginal Communities to be able to improve the outcomes of the communities that he works with.

Lachlan has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has held roles in sales and marketing, consulting and business development. Before his current role, Lachlan has held senior regional executive roles as SA, WA and NT State Manager for ANZ Trustees and Equity Trustees and most recently as a specialist Adviser on not-for-profits investment management account for Perpetual Private. Lachlan has been involved extensively with the indigenous sector throughout Australia, having established trusts and held relationships with significant mandates.

Lachlan has tertiary qualifications with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring Finance and Commercial Law. He has also completed a graduate diploma in Financial Services that included study in Investment Management, Superannuation and Insurance.

Phill is the Partner of NSW’s Medical division.

He is responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of the national advice strategy and capability for medical specialists.  

Phill has specialised in providing financial advice to healthcare professionals since 1989, with the first 18 years of his career being in the UK, before emigrating to Australia with his family in 2008.

Prior to moving to Australia, Phill held senior management, strategy development and advisory positions, in two of the UK’s largest financial institutions, before setting up his own practice in 1999.

In 2003, he was a founding partner in one of the UK’s largest privately owned Independent Financial Advisory firms.

Phill’s expertise extends across a broad range of financial matters including superannuation (including SMSFs), investment strategies, personal and business risk management, as well as debt management. As a regular presenter at Business and Financial Lifestyle courses for Medical Specialists across the country, he takes his role as a financial mentor, coach and educator very seriously and his relationships with his clients are collaborative ones, characterised by the aim of helping his clients achieve their desired lifestyle.

Pamela Kaye is a lawyer and chartered secretary with 18 years’ experience working with Aboriginal clients. She has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors company directors’ course. Pamela has oversight of Perpetual’s native title team and builds high performing teams.

She has a heart for community and is frequently asked to participate in difficult or controversial projects because she has broad experience, can think innovatively and deliver solutions. Pamela has significant management experience and has built broad community consent to controversial projects through structured systems of engagement. This has involved managing stakeholder engagement, government relations, mining projects, tenure and environmental approvals.

Pamela specialises in implementing complex governance structures to ensure that boards and advisory councils make informed decisions, based on professional advice, which are in accord with community goals and aspirations.

Jane joined Perpetual in 2011 and is a philanthropic leader with significant experience and knowledge of the private wealth and Australian not-for-profit sector.

Jane leads a national team of philanthropy specialists who work in partnership with philanthropists to help guide them through the process of establishing a charitable structure, formulate giving strategies and make compliant and vision aligned decisions regarding their support to communities.

Jane works extensively with not-for-profit organisations nationally to support them in building their capacity to deliver on their mission and demonstrate the outcomes of their work to attract philanthropic support.

Jane has a strong governance background, having completed a Bachelor of Business and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Fotini is a Certified Financial Planner and has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University.

As National Manager Trustee Services – Growth and Client Relationships, she works closely with lawyers, accountants and their clients, delivering tailored trustee services.

With over 25 years’ experience in financial and professional services and over eight years at Perpetual Private, Fotini can leverage all of Perpetual’s resources and technical capability, across legal, financial planning, investments, tax, property management and philanthropic services - and knows how to best bring them into play to meet the needs of clients seeking trustee and financial planning services.

Fotini has extensive experience as a financial planner, in leading large financial planning teams and as a specialist adviser to clients requiring trustee services. That gives her a deeper understanding of the many and varied needs of clients and how important the partnership with a client’s other professional advisers can be.

His previous roles and experience in financial services include Financial Adviser and Client Relationship Manager with AMP and the Commonwealth Bank.

Prior to joining Perpetual Private in 2009 Carolyn held roles at Macquarie Private Bank and JP Morgan Chase.

Carolyn has a Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, Diploma of Financial Planning and is also a CFP member of the FPA and has completed all FASEA requirements.

Andrew has also held senior manager roles in institutional banking at JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland in Tokyo, Singapore, London, New York and Sydney over a period of 20 years.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Business (Finance), Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, is an accredited Self- Managed Super Fund adviser (SMSFA) and speaks several languages.

Liz is a Senior Investment Adviser, day-to-day contact on investment implementation and partnership management. Supported by two Associate Advisers.

Liz is your primary relationship manager and investment adviser. Liz specialises in advising not-for-profit and philanthropic clients. She has a deep understanding of the unique needs and strategic objectives of not-for-profit organisations and helps her clients implement best practice investment policies. Liz also connects clients to other parts of the Perpetual business, including Philanthropic services.

Before joining Perpetual, Liz was responsible for business development and investment consulting at Macquarie, providing asset allocation and investment policy advice, investment solutions and board presentations for more than 100 not-for-profit clients.  

Liz has a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Financial Planning, Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Royal Australian Navy Staff College.

Liz is President of a NSW Premier League Netball Franchise. She volunteers with the Wayside Chapel.

Andrew leads Perpetual’s high net worth advisory business & accounting business within Perpetual Private, providing tailored, holistic financial advice and solutions for successful individuals, families and community-based organisations. Andrew is the chair of Perpetual’s Reconciliation Action Plan working group and a member of the Perpetual Trustee Company Limited Board.

Before this role, Andrew was General Manager, Community and Social Investments, where he led a national team of fiduciary, investment and advice professionals who partner with clients to help them achieve outcomes within their communities, encompassing not-for-profit and Native Title as well as philanthropic relationships.

Andrew has also led the advice team in Queensland and was Perpetual Private’s NSW & ACT State Manager for six years, where he helped individuals, families and Not-for-Profit organisations to manage their unique and complex financial requirements

Andrew joined Perpetual as a Senior Financial Consultant where he was responsible for introducing new high net worth clients into the business.

Andrew started his career working with an independent financial planning group before relocating to London and then Hong Kong to work in funds management. On his return to Australia, Andrew held roles both as a financial adviser and Head of Premier Services NSW at a large Australian retail bank.

Andrew holds a Bachelor Business from Queensland University of Technology, and a Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University (VIC).

Chemere joined Perpetual as the Lead Partner for Private Clients in Victoria in July 2022.

Chemere takes primary carriage of leading teams that specialise in advice to HNW individuals, professional women, business owners, trustees, communities and Not for Profits.

The Private client advice team provide tailored investment and strategic advice across advisory and discretionary portfolios as well as exclusive offerings to our wholesale clients.

Alongside her day to day role, Chemere chairs the Perpetual Private Client Council, and the Empowering Women in Finance edge group, and leads several key projects across the group.

Prior to this role, Chemere was the Head of Advice for MLC Advice, whilst also holding roles across NAB, IOOF and small boutique financial planning firms, spanning the last twenty years.

Outside of Perpetual, Chemere exudes a pay it forward attitude, and gives back by mentoring aspiring and current financial advisors , contributing to advisory panels,  and advocates for children with disability via her board role with a disability organisation.

Chemere is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and also holds a Masters of Applied Finance, and is a SMSF Specialist Advisor.

Chemere is an active member of the FAAA and the SMSF Association of Australia.

With a corporate career spanning over two decades, Tania has held senior and executive-level positions across diverse sectors. These include the State public sector, not-for-profit organisations, and First Nations initiatives. Her extensive network of key relationships serves as a valuable resource for driving Perpetual’s growth in Western Australia.

Notably, Tania served as an executive officer at CEOs for Gender Equality Inc. for more than six years. Her commitment to inclusion and diversity, coupled with her expertise as a leadership coach, empowers our teams to provide exceptional advice, investment management and service excellence to our clients in Western Australia.

Cat Fay is a senior social investment and business leader in Australia. She has more than twenty years’ experience advising families, individuals and institutions on philanthropic and social investment strategies.

At Perpetual, Cat oversees approximately $5 billion in community funds across Perpetual’s work with philanthropists, non-profits and Native Title groups. Under her management, Perpetual’s clients distribute around $120 million annually through philanthropic trusts, estates, and endowments. She is also responsible for driving Perpetual Private’s client strategy in ESG investment.

Prior to her time at Perpetual Cat worked at The Ian Potter Foundation in Australia and the Heritage Lottery Fund in Scotland and London advising on community and built heritage regeneration projects.

Outside of Perpetual, Caitriona is a leader in democratised philanthropy, focused on giving voice to communities in decision making. She’s a founding Board Member of GiveOUT – a national day of giving for LGBTQIA+ causes, a founding member of Melbourne Women’s Fund, a Board Member of The Ladder Project and a member of the International Women’s Forum.

Matt joined Perpetual as lead partner national medical segment in April 2022.

Over the last 18 years Matt has a successful track record in Banking and Finance having worked across a number of business groups at Westpac, BT Financial Group and MetLife in Australia and in the Middle East including Retail, Private Wealth, Advice, Group Insurance, Medical Insurance and Holistic Advice.

Over the years Matt and his teams have been recognised via industry awards for their customer centred approach and innovative ways of helping more customers accessing financial advice. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an Advance Diploma of Financial Services, a Masters in Applied Finance and was a recipient of the David Williams fellowship Award and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kyle joined Perpetual Private in July 2014 and leads the 18 person Investment Research team. In this role, he is responsible for the overall investment solutions of the firm, managing teams of highly experienced investment professionals across capital markets research, asset allocation, manager research, stock analysis and portfolio construction advice, as well as portfolio analytics and investment insights for client portfolios. Prior to this role, he was General Manager - Research & Operations for Perpetual Investments, where he managed key ratings house relationships and maximised rating outcomes across all funds and asset classes. 

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Accounting with Distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney (1997). He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst designations.

Jayman commenced his Accounting and Advisory career in 1995 and progressed to Partner level in 2006.

Having engaged exclusively with private business owners and high net worth families throughout his career, Jayman is critically aware of the challenges that private business owners and their families experience.

Jayman’s emotional intelligence and listening skills have resulted in strong connections with his clients, their families, and team members alike. These skills, combined with his creative mindset, allows issues and opportunities to be detected in a timely manner, along with an action-oriented solutions plan to rectify an issue or take advantage of an opportunity.

Jayman has a deep passion for and understanding of residential and industrial broad acre property development and is involved with his clients throughout the journey from pre-acquisition due diligence, town planning and permits, construction, sales and marketing, property finance and taxation matters.

Always offering insights in a calm and responsible manner, Jayman is an exciting addition to Fordham’s Partner Group.

Mark joined Perpetual as Group Executive of PP in November 2012 and was appointed Chief Executive of PP in January 2023 following the acquisition of Pendal Group. 

Skills and experience 

At Perpetual, he leads the Group’s wealth business, which includes the philanthropic, trustee and high net worth advisory businesses, as well as Fordham, a business specialising in accounting and advisory services to business owners.  

He is also the Chair of the Noongar Boodja Investment Committee and group sponsor of Perpetual's Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan. 

Mark has over 25 years’ financial services experience, gained predominantly at BT Financial Group and Pendal Asset management where he led marketing leading businesses focused on Platforms, Asset Management and Insurance.

Michelle Torenbeek is Head of Trustee Services for Perpetual Private in Sydney. Michelle has 23 years’ experience in financial services, with the last 11 years at Perpetual.

Michelle has also worked with some of the largest wealth managers in London, including Barclays and UBS.

Michelle specialises in fiduciary services and wealth management, including previous positions as Head of Advice Delivery & Trustee services. Michelle has also led change and transformation teams for various projects. 

Michelle has Bachelor of Social Science (Information Management) from Melbourne University and an Investment Management Certificate – Financial Services Authority (FSA) in London.

Peter is a lead partner based out of our Sydney offices, managing multiple specialised teams across financial advice, medical specialists, fiduciary services such as Perpetual’s Lifestyle Assist s and other support roles.

As well as managing people, Peter brings together all the resources needed to provide advice and aged care support services for our clients, including operations management and business-to-business sales and marketing.

Peter has been with Perpetual for five years. Prior to this, he spent over a decade working with accounting and legal practitioners for CPA Australia and The Tax Institute.

Peter is also a Director of several Not-For-Profit organisations which are responsible for significant physical and monetary assets.

Peter holds a Master of Business Administration (Business Law) and has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning. He also has a Foundations of Directorship from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
